Marcia Wieder
For over 30 years, Marcia Wieder has been an inspiring speaker and CEO of Dream University, impacting hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. She is the author of 15 books and her latest book: “DREAM: Clarify & Create What You Want", was ranked 4th on the Wall Street Journal's best-seller list.
As a long established thought leader on visionary thinking she founded and leads, The Meaning Institute, where she teaches people to create and live fulfilling lives. She taught at Stanford's Business School and as president of the National Association of Women Business Owners, she assisted 3 U.S. presidents. She is a member of the Nobel Women's Initiative supporting the work of Nobel Peace Prize winners.
Dr. Ivan Misner

Dr. Ivan Misner founded BNI in 1985 and is the co-founder of the BNI Foundation. Called the “father of modern networking” by CNN, Dr. Ivan Misner is a New York Times bestselling author. Dr. Misner has written 24 books and has taught business management at several universities. He also travels the world discussing referral networking and personal and professional development.
Graham Weihmiller
BNI’s CEO + Community Builder
Graham Weihmiller joined BNI in 2014 to help execute BNI’s strategic plan that includes operational enhancements and ongoing global member expansion. His previous leadership experience includes roles with Pioneer Equity Partners, American Franchise Company, Bank of America, Booz Allen and JP Morgan. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Harvard Business School Club of Charlotte. He currently serves on the BNI Foundation Board of Directors.
Rafał Brzoska
An entrepreneur and a business leader, Rafal is the Founder, Co-owner and the President of the international Capital Group Integer.pl. In 2006 he founded the InPost company and organized a network of self-service parcel machines in Poland. He is an experienced manager, specializing in emerging markets with high growth potential.
His managerial skills and innovative approach are regularly commended. He has been named Manager of the Year by the Corporation of Graduates of the Academy of Economics in Krakow and in 2008, was finalist for the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 award.
Ryszard Chmura
Ryszard has been ssociated with BNI since 2009, when he joined the organization as a Member. Since 2014, he has been the President of the Management Board of BNI Poland, and at the time of his appointment he was the youngest National Director of BNI in the world.
Based on referrals, he has grown his business within 5 years from 1 to 150 employees. He has managed 10 dynamically developing marketing companies, members of the PromoHolding company, which generates several million PLN of revenue every year.
Currently, he manages an organization that has a presence in 26 Polish cities and generated PLN 446 million net of additional revenue from referrals in 2018 alone. In life and business he is guided by the motto "Success can be planned".
